Promotion of the system for the protection of industrial property objects through enhancing knowledge and awareness among businesses, communication and visibility activities for the project with two separate lots: Lot 1: "Promotion of the system for the protection of industrial property objects through enhancing knowledge and awareness among businesses"; Lot 2: "Services for ensuring communication and visibility for project BG16RFPR001-1.007-0001-C01". Description Lot 1: The subject of the procurement includes the organisation and conduct of public events and training activities, directed towards businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises, with the aim of promoting the system for the protection of industrial property and enhancing awareness of the possibilities for protecting rights to industrial property objects. The procurement scope includes: organisation and conduct of 2 annual industrial property conferences, directed towards businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises; organisation and conduct of 4 training seminars, related to the protection of industrial property objects, the procedures for application and the benefits of protection; preparation of materials for the events; logistical support for the events; ensuring the participation of business representatives, SMEs and other interested parties. Implementation should be carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, equal treatment, timeliness, adaptability and partnership with interested parties. Description Lot 2: The subject of the procurement includes the implementation of communication, information and publicity measures, related to the implementation of the project, including the preparation, production and dissemination of information materials, organisation of events and ensuring visualisation. The procurement scope includes: publication of a minimum of 10 press releases in the media, preparation of such for social networks and the website of the Patent Office; organisation and conduct of 2 conferences - at the start and at the completion of the project; conduct of 1 information day for target groups; production and placement of 2 permanent explanatory signs; production and distribution of a brochure/leaflet in a print run of 1000 copies; conduct of information campaigns; preparation of information materials for the project; All activities should be carried out in accordance with: Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, Annex IX; the Beneficiary's Single Handbook for the period 2021–2027; the requirements for visualisation of EU funding.
