The procurement primarily concerns small-scale construction and repair works carried out in apartments in connection with moves. Construction works are also carried out to some extent in the common areas of properties (e.g. stairwells, saunas, outbuildings). The purchaser selects six framework contractors and three contractors as reserves. Contracts are made with the reserve contractors, which come into force in case a contract with any contractor expires during the contract period. The purchaser's aim is to always have six contracts in force. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1 Description of the subject of the procurement. The works are carried out at the unit prices offered. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as dividing the procurement into lots would significantly increase interface risks, uncertainties regarding the division of responsibilities and the need for coordination of the procurement unit. According to the purchaser's estimate, there are approximately 350-500 orders per year. The number of orders varies quite a lot from month to month. The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period is 7,000,000 euros (VAT 0%).
