Establishment of a modular identity and access management (IAM) solution, prioritising an IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) module as well as a PAM (Privileged Access Management) module. The solution must enable Coallia to have a complete IAM foundation, with initial implementation focused on IGA and the deployment of a first level of standard PAM functionalities for the management, security and traceability of privileged access. The services include the supply of the solution, its integration and configuration, the deployment of connectors with target systems (ADP, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, Efficia/GLPI, Microsoft Fabric, business applications), testing and acceptance, deployment, training and change management, as well as user support and maintenance.
