The present contract concerns the supply and installation of columbarium for the cemeteries of Lille and its associated communes of Lomme and Hellemmes, and the supply and delivery of columbarium KITs for the cemeteries of Lille. The consultation was conducted through an open tendering procedure, in accordance with Articles R2124-2 1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is composed of 4 lots, as defined in the consultation regulations. In accordance with Article R2162-4 2° of the CCP, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-supplier framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount, as defined in the consultation regulations. For all lots, the maximum duration of the contract, including renewal, is 4 years from its notification.
