The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste – the collection and disposal of waste from residential and non-residential properties in the area of Namysłów Municipality. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: excessive technical difficulties, excessive execution costs (it is not justified to divide the municipality's area into sectors, as this could result in higher unit prices) and difficulties in coordinating the actions of different Contractors implementing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously threaten the proper execution of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
