The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting of: a) maintaining cleanliness in residential buildings owned by the Municipality of Szczecin, b) maintaining cleanliness on areas owned by the Municipality of Szczecin, adjacent to the property along with the areas cleaned cyclically, c) winter maintenance of areas owned by the Municipality of Szczecin, not listed in the address directories, but commissioned each time depending on the needs of the Buyer. d) maintaining cleanliness on the areas of properties managed by ZBiLK – not listed in the address directory – but commissioned each time depending on the needs of the Buyer (external and internal surface), - in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Act of 13.09.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities) and the regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order on the territory of the Municipality of Szczecin adopted by the City Council of Szczecin, divided into three parts. a) part 1 - North District, b) part 2 - Śródmieście Niebuszewo, c) part 3 - South District. The Buyer envisages the possibility of applying art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Pzp. The award of the contract for the services of maintaining cleanliness in residential buildings and on adjacent areas owned by the Municipality of Szczecin, along with the winter maintenance of areas in three parts for a period not exceeding 18 months, will take place, subject to the proper execution of the contract by the contractor, resulting, among other things, from the lack of contractual penalties. The value of such awarded contracts will not exceed the amount of 1 899 172,75 zł net.
