The procurement includes the preparation of the construction plan for road 1583 between Mt 170 - Saaristotie, Loviisa. The aim of the design is to produce a construction plan that is technically feasible and economically viable based on the road plan. The construction plan will be prepared to the extent presented in the road plan. The contracting authority requires that during the tender calculation period, the designer familiarises themselves with the site on the ground: - The designer must familiarise themselves with the design area on the ground to the extent that the designer gains a clear understanding of the measures to be implemented in the project area, as well as the conditions and characteristics.
