This framework agreement concerns the acquisition and maintenance of RFID equipment, related hardware and software solutions for the libraries of the City of Reims. It will be awarded to a single economic operator. This is a framework agreement, awarded under Articles R.2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code, and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 1 000 000 euros HT over the total duration of the framework agreement. It includes a part executed by issuing purchase orders for the acquisition of RFID equipment, related hardware and software solutions as well as the performance of the services defined in the DQE-BPU (maintenance, hosting, services, training) and a part leading to the award of subsequent contracts for the implementation of an autonomous opening solution at the Jean Falala media library and the installation of a robot at the Croix-Rouge media library. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from its notification date. It is annually terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the public purchaser notified to the contractor by registered mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt TWO (2) months before the expiry of the current period. This termination does not entitle the contractor to any compensation.
