Greece – Building materials – Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια οικοδομικών υλικών.

The subject of the contract is the supply of construction materials, necessary for the execution of the works provided for in the approved studies of the project, for the needs of the implementation of the act: «Restoration of the Ottoman Fortress of Sigri, Lesvos» which is implemented under the Programme «Northern Aegean 2021-2027» and their delivery to the project site. The items to be supplied are classified under the following CPV codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 44111000-1 – Construction materials. Offers are submitted for the total quantities to be supplied. The award of the contract is not possible in the form of separate parts, due to the nature of the project and the indivisible character of the supply. The estimated value of the contract amounts to one hundred and two thousand five hundred and sixty-four euros and ten cents (102.564,10 €) excluding VAT 17% (estimated value including VAT: one hundred and twenty thousand euros (120.000,00 €), VAT: seventeen thousand four hundred and thirty-five euros and ninety cents (17.435,90 €). The delivery time of the materials to be supplied is set at a maximum of eight (8) months from the date of signature of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1. of this. The number of partial deliveries is set at a maximum of eight (8). A detailed description of the physical and economic subject of the contract is given in APPENDIX I of this Declaration. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, based on price.
