Additional information about the contract: CLEA, a subsidiary of DALKIA, is the concessionaire of a heat network serving the Bellevue, des Dervallières and ATLANTIS districts in Nantes/St Herblain (10,000 Equivalent dwellings). The CLEA network consists of three main branches: NORD, SUD, EXTENSION, and a link between the Gas Boiler Room / Biomass Boiler Room. The planned works involve carrying out asbestos sampling and analysis, necessary before work begins, in order to then connect new subscribers to the heat network, via Civil Engineering works. The contract involves analysing sections of roadway, depending on the subscription policies signed by the concessionaire. For example, 2,600 ml will need to be analysed in 2027. An annual potential, between 500 and 2,500 ml is envisaged for the following years, but not guaranteed, as it depends on the signing of subscription policies. The buyer reserves the right to reject a tender if it considers the financial capacity insufficient or if the technical and professional capacities seem manifestly insufficient to meet the need. The contracting entity reserves the possibility of having similar services carried out in accordance with article R 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
