Poland – Public road transport services – Świadczenie usług w ramach transportu zbiorowego osób w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Walim

The subject of the contract is the provision of services within the framework of public transport of persons on the following communication lines:

I. Line 1: Rzeczka – Lubachów III – Rzeczka (via Zagórze Śląskie), in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

II. Line 2: Glinno – Stary Julianów – Glinno (via Rusinowa/Bystrzycka), in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

III. Line 3: Rzeczka – Dziećmorowice – Rzeczka (via Podlesie), in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

IV. Line 4: Walim – Dziećmorowice – Walim (via Podlesie), in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

V. Line 5: Rzeczka – Dziećmorowice – Rzeczka (via Jedlinę-Zdrój), in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex no. 6 to SWZ.

2. The transport of persons shall take place within the framework of public transport.

3. The contracting authority sets the ticket prices in accordance with Resolution no. XVIII/158/2025 of 25.11.2025 on the determination of prices for transport services in public collective transport within the scope of the task (Annex no. 8 to SWZ).

4. All vehicles designated for the implementation of the task should be equipped with a geolocation system.

5. The contracting authority requires the availability of at least 4 vehicles:

a) minimum 1 vehicle (low-floor) – bus, with which the contract will be implemented, with at least 14 seating places (vehicle year of manufacture min. 2019);

b) minimum 3 vehicles (low-floor) – buses, with which the contract will be implemented, with at least 19 seating places (vehicle year of manufacture min. 2019);

6. The contractor is obliged to adapt the number and size of vehicles to passenger flows, especially during peak hours.

7. The contractor must have a valid license for the performance of national road transport or a valid permit for the performance of the profession of road carrier for the entire period of the contract performance.

8. The contractor is obliged to quarterly report the number of passengers transported.

9. In accordance with art. 433 point 4 of the Pzp, during the implementation of this contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of vehicle-kilometres by up to 10% compared to the number specified in the tender form.
