The operation concerns the rehabilitation and residentialisation of 132 collective housing units in an occupied site, distributed in a building with three entrances: 1, 3 and 5 rue de Dijon in Besançon. The site is listed in the Strategic Property Plan of Loge GBM. The operation mainly involves the energy rehabilitation of the housing units, improvement of user comfort, upgrading of technical equipment, securing of structures, and residentialisation of the site. The residentialisation of the site is a major stake of the operation, both in terms of urban planning and in terms of use and daily functioning for residents. The project aims to durably improve the performance of the building, notably through the treatment of the envelope, improvement of ventilation, targeted rehabilitation of housing units and upgrading of common areas and outdoor spaces.
