The municipality of Laufenburg (Baden) plans a comprehensive renovation of the municipal Waldstadion without any extension or replacement new construction. The core components of the measure are the renovation of the Type C track with a 400-m tartan track and an integrated natural grass pitch, the renewal of the artificial turf, the renovation or renewal of the athletics facilities, the renewal of the fence facilities, and the creation of a barrier-free access to the spectator terrace. The current structural condition of the sports areas is in urgent need of renovation.
