The subject of this consultation is a global performance contract for the restructuring and extension of the France BLOCH SERAZIN college in POITIERS (86000). The contract includes performance objectives, defined in particular in terms of energy performance, service quality, availability of facilities, consumption management, user comfort and environmental impact. The present contract for works will therefore be awarded following a negotiated procedure that will take place in two stages:

Stage 1: Selection of candidates eligible to carry out services

Stage 2: Preparation of offers at APS level and selection of the successful bidder.
