Procurement of an HR/Payroll system in the form of a SaaS solution, following market analysis (supplier presentations, RFIs and external references), will be handled as two parallel procurements with different contract periods. This procurement concerns Talent Management, including the parts Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Competence, Training and Learning, and Interview Support. The procuring authority is Växjö kommun, its associated companies and federations, and Ljungby kommun. A separate procurement will be carried out for the HR/Payroll system parts Employment Process, Staffing and Scheduling, Payroll and Pensions including time reporting, Payroll Review and Rehabilitation (optional). The procuring authorities are Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö and Älmhults kommun, and their associated companies and federations.
