Contract object – new low-floor medium-capacity electric city buses for passenger transport (hereinafter – Buses, goods) and their mandatory technical maintenance and non-warranty and warranty repairs (hereinafter – services) during the Buses Technical Maintenance Period, which starts from the day of signing the delivery and acceptance act of the first delivered Bus and ends after the 60 (sixty) month period from the day of signing the delivery and acceptance act of the last delivered Bus (hereinafter – Buses Technical Maintenance Period).
