Description
North Sea Port seeks a hygienic, healthy and pleasant working environment with a stable, professional cleaning service that is organised efficiently, manageably, flexibly and in line with the organisation and use of the building. This means that the contractor must act flexibly and proactively within the contract. North Sea Port wishes to see these objectives reflected in the tender and future service provision. This contract includes: • Daily and periodic cleaning of the spaces, contents and related items in accordance with the established cleaning programme; • Sanitary supplies; • Possible deployment of a hospitality employee for a fixed number of hours per day; • Specialist floor and surface maintenance on request; • Extraordinary performances / ad hoc tasks on request.
