Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Świadczenie usługi odbioru odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Orneta w latach 2027 - 2029

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Orneta and its transport to the Waste Processing Facility indicated by the Municipality. The Waste Processing Facility indicated by the Municipality (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, ul. Lubelska 53 (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK), i.e. ZGOK through the transshipment station in Medyny and/or directly to ZGOK. The municipal waste collection service covers all residential and non-residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Orneta.
