France – System maintenance services – ACCORD CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE RELATIF A LA FOURNITURE, L'INSTALLATION ET MAINTENANCE DES SYSTEMES DE VIDEOSURVEILLANCE ET SUPERVISION SUR LE PATRIMOINE DE CAP HABITAT

The present consultation concerns the installation and maintenance of video surveillance systems for IDF HABITAT and GENNEVILLIERS HABITAT (members of the SAC CAP HABITAT). As part of this contract, the contractor will be responsible for:

- The maintenance, and potential updating, of video surveillance devices,

- New installations and the extension of existing systems across the entire property portfolio.

The CONTRACTOR will manage the works, maintenance, and remote monitoring for each of the social housing providers involved. They must ensure reporting and site management separately and distinctly, with Gennevilliers Habitat contacts on one side and IDF Habitat contacts on the other.
