Netherlands – Mechanical and electrical engineering services – Onderhoud E&W installaties

The purpose of the Procurement is to ensure a transparent, fair and efficient process for selecting the best service provider for the maintenance of Electrical Installations (E-installations) and the best service provider for Mechanical Installations (M-installations) and to conclude a service agreement (hereinafter: Agreement) with these service providers. The intention is that the Agreements will commence on 2 November 2026. The estimated value of the Contract for E-installations amounts to an average of € 550,000,-, excluding VAT per year, hence € 4,400,000,-, excluding VAT over an eight-year period for the maintenance. The total estimated value amounts to € 5,500,000,-. The estimated value of the Contract for M-installations amounts to an average of € 750,000,-, excluding VAT per year, hence € 6,000,000,-, excluding VAT over an eight-year period for the maintenance. The total estimated value amounts to € 7,500,000,-. Due to, for example, political, budgetary, administrative or organisational developments within ZAAM, it is possible that the (scope of the) Contract changes, for example that the number of locations changes. At the moment that a location is added or an installation is replaced, you must, in accordance with your Registration, submit a suitable and market-conform offer.
