Selection of a contractor for the preparation of conformity assessments of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of public recreation zones and green areas, including physical elements of the urban environment for inter-block spaces in the city of Haskovo, according to seven distinct positions, as follows:

Distinct Position №1 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI I, district 202 and UPI I, district 206A according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, district "Ruchoka"

Distinct Position №2 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI II for public residential construction and shops, district 207 according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, district "Ruchoka"

Distinct Position №3 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI I for general services and transformer station and UPI III for general services, district 209 according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, district "Ruchoka"

Distinct Position №4 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI I, district 708 and UPI I, district 206 according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, district "Ruchoka"

Distinct Position №5 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI I and UPI XXV, district 849 according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, residential complex "Badema", block 1, block 4 and block 7"

Distinct Position №6 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object "Improvement of UPI I for residential construction district 627, residential complex "Badema" according to the plan of the city of Haskovo"

Distinct Position №7 Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of UPI I, district 640 and UPI I, district 641 according to the plan of the city of Haskovo, residential complex "Orpheus"

The subject of the present public procurement covers the following activities:

Activity 1 – Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment projects. The conformity assessments of the investment projects should be carried out as comprehensive reports on the essential requirements under Article 169, paragraph 1, items 1-6 of the SPA, while observing the requirements of Article 142, paragraph 5 of the SPA. The comprehensive reports will be necessary for the approval of the respective investment projects and for the subsequent issuance of building permits for the respective object.

Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision, including the performance of the functions of investor control and of the coordinator for safety and health on the construction and assembly works in accordance with the approved investment projects. The consultant must perform the functions arising from the SPA, through the key experts indicated in his proposal. All technically qualified individuals engaged with the subject of the order must be included in the list of qualified individuals, representing an integral part of the issued certificate for the performance of activities under Article 166, paragraph 1, item 1 of the SPA.

Important: In the performance of all activities of the present public procurement, the contractor is obliged to comply with the applicable provisions related to the performance and reporting under procedure № BG16FFPR003-2.002 "Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipalities"
