Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The details of the tasks assigned to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. In accordance with Book V of the Labour Code, this framework agreement covers the implementation of a mission for coordination in the field of Safety and Health at Work (SPS), for the design and implementation phases, relating to operations in Categories I, II and III, as defined in Article R.4532-1 of the Labour Code.
