The objective is to ensure the transfer of corpses, ordered ex officio by the Judicial Authority, for the performance of autopsies, necropsies and forensic investigation tests. This transfer will take place from the place of the corpse's lifting or exhumation to the central or provincial headquarters of the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (hereinafter, IMLCF), where the pathological practices will be carried out. In some cases, the return of the corpse to the municipality of origin is also envisaged, always within the territorial scope of the province of Cádiz.
