Belgium – Architectural services for buildings – Aanstelling ontwerpteam nieuwbouw 32 woonentiteiten Berlaar

This is a government contract for the procurement of services for a spatial and architectural study for a new building located along the Walter Luytenplein and the Gasbakstraat, plots 67, 68 and 69. In addition to the architectural assignment, the following services are provided: study of special techniques (including energy audit, fire safety, acoustic study, ...), stability study, study regarding the energy performance and indoor climate of buildings (EPC), safety and health coordination, ventilation reporting. The design team is responsible for: 1. The preparation of the complete design (sketch, preliminary design, final design) 2. The preparation of a tender-ready dossier (plans, bill of quantities, ... ) 3. Coordination of the tendering procedure for the works: publication, tendering and preparation of the approval report 4. Obtaining the building permit and other permits that may be necessary 5. Follow-up and coordination of the execution phase 6. Provisional and final delivery, follow-up of the warranty period.
