France – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – Accord-cadre composite pour la réalisation des prestations d'entretien et de remplacement des installations de la VMC sanitaire sur le patrimoine de la SAGEM

The consultation aims to define the terms for the maintenance and upkeep of the sanitary mechanical ventilation system in the heritage of the SAGEM and the administrative headquarters. The contractor provides a service known as P2, which includes an annual preventive maintenance visit for each unit and a breakdown service for repairs and replacement of defective parts to ensure the proper functioning of the units. The contractor provides a service known as P3, which includes the full guarantee of defective parts of the units. The framework agreement includes: - a part executed at a lump sum, corresponding to the recurrent services described in the CCTP; - a part executed by issuing purchase orders, paid on the basis of the unit prices of the BPU, under the conditions defined by the CCAP and the CCTP.
