Poland – Digital telephone exchanges – Zakup, dostawa, montaż i wdrożenie cyfrowej centrali telefonicznej dla potrzeb Szpitala

The subject of the contract is a factory-new, complete digital telephone exchange system, including necessary modules, communication servers, backup power supply, software, licenses (perpetual licenses required), end devices, and the implementation of standard installation, commissioning, and training works. The telephone exchange system must have an architecture that ensures the highest reliability (High Availability class) due to the continuity of medical services. Packages, modules, cards must operate in HOT SWAP mode. It is required that all components of the set - main and backup Call Manager, subscriber equipment (analog CB, digital, and PRI interfaces, etc.), uplift module, system (digital) telephone sets (data transmission along with power supply using one pair of telecommunication wires) are devices from one manufacturer from the current production line and factory-new. It is required that all elements of the DECT system: telephone sets, base stations, and Gateway are devices from one manufacturer from the current production line and factory-new. The buyer allows a situation in which the manufacturer of the telephone exchange system is a different entity than the manufacturer of analog telephone sets and VoIP telephone sets. In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to ensure full, native compatibility and cooperation of the devices with the offered exchange. 2. The contract includes in particular: a) delivery and installation of exchange elements in dedicated RACK cabinets. b) delivery, installation, and configuration of end devices (telephone sets, DECT IP base stations along with network infrastructure adjustment). c) configuration and launch of system services (VoIP, IVR, Call Center, DECT IP, call recording, FAX to mail, arrangement of services and functionalities of the exchange). d) installation and modernization works within the existing telecommunication, fiber optic, station and line cross-connects of the hospital, without interference with the building's structural elements. e) delivery of management hardware (desktop computers and laptops) and dedicated software. f) delivery and installation of a test cabinet along with software for cross-connection passporting. g) dismantling of the existing telephone exchange along with the station cross, dismantling of system telephone sets – disposal in a manner compliant with regulations regarding the aforementioned devices. h) conducting training for system administrators and users (4 people). i) provision of warranty services and technical support. j) delivery of post-construction documentation with an inventory of internal numbering, service codes, documentation of the telephone exchange and uplift module, and all operating instructions for the delivered telephone sets and devices in Polish. Full warranty for a period of 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. The offered subject of the contract must be approved for sale and use in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular, have the manufacturer's CE declaration of conformity.
