Poland – Miscellaneous furniture – Dostawa mebli wraz z montażem do wybranych placówek oświatowych w ramach projektu pn. „Ogólniak na warsztat - wsparcie kształcenia ogólnego w ZSB nr 1, ZSM oraz XX LO w Poznaniu”

1. Subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of furniture for quiet corners, ergonomic chairs and tables with electric height adjustment for selected educational facilities as part of the project entitled “Ogólniak na warsztat - wsparcie kształcenia ogólnego w ZSB nr 1, ZSM oraz XX LO w Poznaniu” co-financed by the European Union, under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027. 2) The subject of the contract has been divided into three parts: Part I – delivery of furniture for quiet corners. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 1.I to the contract – Description of the subject of the contract for Part I; Part II – delivery of ergonomic tables/desks with electric height adjustment. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 1.II to the contract – Description of the subject of the contract for Part II; Part III - delivery of ergonomic office chairs. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 1.III to the contract – Description of the subject of the contract for Part III. 3) The supplied equipment must be factory new, unused, undamaged, not encumbered with third-party rights, of high quality. 4) For all three parts, a minimum 24-month warranty period is required for the supplied equipment, as listed in the Description of the subject of the contract, with the "door to door" option (all service costs are covered by the Contractor), with the fault removal time by the service specified at a maximum of 10 working days from the date of fault reporting. The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating offers, point XI.2 SWZ. 5) The detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Contract Template, which is Annex 10 to the SWZ. 2. Subject evidence: 1) To confirm that the offered deliveries meet all the requirements specified by the Purchaser in the Description of the subject of the contract, the Purchaser requires the submission of a Declaration of Conformity, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ, along with the offer. 2) If the Contractor does not submit the subject evidence referred to above or the submitted subject evidence is incomplete, the Purchaser will request its submission or completion within the specified deadline. 3.
