Spain – Social work services without accommodation – Servicio de atención a personas adultas con discapacidad intelectual en el Centro Ocupacional de la Mancomunidad de Interés General de Servicios Sierra Norte, situado en Avenida de Madrid, 40, Lozoyuela-Navas-Sieteiglesias.

The object of the present contract is the provision of occupational care services to thirty (30) adults with intellectual disabilities at the Occupational Centre located at Avenida de Madrid, 40, Lozoyuela-Navas-Sieteiglesias, owned by the Mancomunidad de Interés General de Servicios Sierra Norte, and registered in the Registry of Entities, Centres and Social Action Services of the Comunidad de Madrid with the registration number C1868, with the services and methodology set out in the tender documents. The number of places is 30, without prejudice to the possibility that the Consejería de Familia, Juventud y Asuntos Sociales de la Comunidad de Madrid and the Mancomunidad de Interés General de Servicios Sierra Norte, subsequently, by formalising the corresponding amendment to the agreement, may, by mutual agreement, increase or decrease it. The Comunidad de Madrid will allocate, by resolution of the holder of the General Directorate competent in matters of care for people with disabilities, the places to the persons who will receive care in this centre, in accordance with the applicable regulations. It will also be the sole competent entity for the registration, deregistration and transfers of the service users. The Consejería de Familia, Juventud y Asuntos Sociales de la Comunidad de Madrid finances the occupied place/day at 42,95 €, the reserved place/day at 32,21 € and the transport supplement at 13,81 € (provided that the place is occupied), exempt from VAT. In the event that the user does not use the transport service, the price of the occupied place will be reduced by 5% and the transport supplement will not be paid. The Consejería will contribute to the economic sustainability of the service through the financing of the care of twenty-eight (28) of the places subject to the contract, with the Mancomunidad being responsible for the financing of the remaining 2 places. The Consejería assumes the cost of the transport supplement for the 30 places subject to the contract, provided that they are occupied. The successful bidder will be entitled to payment for the service provided for each place financed by the Comunidad de Madrid in accordance with the considerations of occupied place, reserved place and vacant place and the transport terms set out in the Technical Specifications Document (PPT) governing the present tender. For the provision of the basic services covered by the contract, the managing entity of the centre that is awarded the contract may not invoice the users for any amount. It may invoice them for all other services and concepts set out in the contract or not set out and that may arise during its execution, but always with the prior agreement of the family or legal representative of the user.
