Description

This framework agreement concerns the carrying out of electrical works CFO/CFA as part of complex projects and works (lot No. 2) for needs located on the CEA/Grenoble site. In accordance with Articles L.2113-10 and R.2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, one economic operator may submit tenders for all of the lots but will not be able to hold both. When the application of the award criteria would lead to the award of both lots to the same tenderer, the economic operator awarded lot No. 1 will not be able to be awarded lot No. 2. The other two best-ranked tenderers for lot No. 2 will then be designated as the awarders of the aforementioned lot. The works carried out by the Contractor concern overall and complex operations. They therefore concern low-current works (telephony, IT, for example) and high-current works without power limitation, including high voltage (HTA) up to 20 KV. Furthermore, these works are part of multi-trade operations, on a closed site or on a specific prevention plan. The works are carried out on the CEA/Grenoble site. The Contractor may be required to intervene in all buildings or facilities of which the CEA/Grenoble is the owner, in particular in laboratories, workshops, tertiary buildings, industrial premises and the electrical infrastructure of the CEA/Grenoble. This is a multi-beneficiary framework agreement. The number of Contractors selected is set at 2. The framework agreement to be awarded is implemented by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-10 of the Public Procurement Code.
