The contract covers the regular maintenance and current upkeep of urban greenery:

- Part 1 of the contract: the right-bank part of the city of Śrem (excluding the so-called old town) and the pedestrian-cyclist path to Zbrudzew

- Part 2 of the contract: the left-bank part of the city of Śrem, the area with Gostyńska Street
