The subject of the procurement is the maintenance services for equipment required for VTT's research, to be carried out at the premises located at Tekniikantie 21, Espoo. Maintenance services for equipment refer to the collection, cleaning, drying, return to laboratories, and, if necessary, packaging and sterilisation of items and equipment used in research. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the procurement notice attachments, for example, O1 Service Description. FOR PREMISES VIEWING To become more familiar with VTT's service needs, VTT will arrange a presentation related to the service needs on Thursday 21.5.2026 from 10:00. Two (2) hours should be reserved for the presentation event. Participants in the presentation event must arrive at Tekniikantie 21, Espoo by 09:45. A maximum of two (2) persons from one company may participate in the presentation event. Participants must verify their identity at the beginning of the presentation event. Participants in the presentation event must wear long trousers and, if possible, their own safety shoes. We ask you to notify your participation in the viewing event by Tuesday 19.5.2026 at 12:00 to: [email protected]. The company participating in the premises viewing must submit the confidentiality agreement (appendix O6) signed as an email attachment with the registration. If the participant needs safety shoes, please notify the shoe sizes at the time of registration. Questions arising at the premises viewing event must be submitted in writing via the Cloudia tendering service portal in accordance with the instructions given in the participation request. Questions will not be answered at the event.
