France – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to railways and other equipment – PRESTATIONS DE REPARATIONS DE TIROIRS DE PILOTAGE AUTOMATIQUE POUR LE METRO DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS

This consultation aims to award a contract for repair services for automatic piloting drawers for the metro of the Régie des Transports Métropolitains. The consultation is not divided into lots. 2/ The present public contract is awarded under a negotiated procedure, in accordance with articles L2124-3, R2124-4, R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code de la Commande Publique (hereinafter referred to as "the Code"). 3/ The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed: - in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code); - and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for needs for which all contractual stipulations are not set out in the framework agreement documents (in accordance with articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). 4/ In accordance with article R2162-4 of the Code, the public contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its duration (3 years), namely: 1 500 000 Euros HT. 5/ This is a public service contract which refers to the General Administrative Provisions applicable to public contracts for supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the order of 30 March 2021. This general document, deemed to be known by businesses, is not provided in the present file. 6/ The duration of the contract is three (3) years firm, from the date of its notification. 7/ At the stage of applications, the documents transmitted with the Contract Notice (AAPC) are listed in the Consultation Regulations "Application Phase" attached as an annex to the AAPC. 8/ Candidates must necessarily submit their application (and their tender in the subsequent phase) in electronic form via the site www.achatpublic.com. In a subsequent phase, the RTM will make the complete Consultation File for Businesses (DCE) available to candidates admitted to submit a tender, via the site www.achatpublic.com which will provide the latter with the download modalities. Candidates will have to submit their tender necessarily in electronic form via the website achatpublic.com.
