Spain – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations – Servicio de adecuación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de electricidad de baja y alta tensión de las sede, oficinas y terminales de transporte de viajeros de Guaguas Municipales, S.A.

The subject of the contract is the service of adaptation and maintenance of the low and high voltage electricity installations of the headquarters, offices and passenger terminals of Guaguas Municipales, S.A. This service includes the periodic inspection, verification of the operational status of the equipment, execution of necessary repairs, replacement of defective components, as well as the performance of functional tests and regulatory measurements in accordance with applicable regulations and established standards. It also includes the work and actions necessary for: - The adaptation and modernisation of the existing electrical installations in accordance with the current legislation. - The urgent attention to incidents that may affect the normal development of the service provided by GMSA in each of its facilities. - The associated documentary management and compliance with electrical safety standards. All of this guaranteeing the continuity of the service and the energy efficiency of the installations and without prejudice to the services and actions envisaged and defined in the technical specification document governing this tender.
