Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Tocilizumab (ATC: L04AC07)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Tocilizumab (ATC: L04AC07) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". With the stipulation of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents fully completed and signed.
