Poland – Software package and information systems – „Modernizacja i utrzymanie platformy teleinformatycznej Straży Granicznej – zakup licencji na oprogramowanie biurowe”

1. The subject of the contract involves the supply of Licences for office software (up to 5 000 units) in accordance with the conditions described in the Contract Specification, with the Contracting Authority independently installing and configuring the purchased software and distributing it using its own tools. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the supply of perpetual Licences for office software on the basis of the detailed terms set out in the Subject of the Contract (SOC). 3. The offered Products must be standard products – widely available on the market (Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS). 4. The offer must not include ICT products, services or processes indicated in the negative recommendation referred to in Article 33(4), or specified in the decision to designate a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, on pain of rejection of the offer under Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. 5. The Contracting Authority commits to purchasing the Products covered by the contract for an amount not less than 200 000, 00 zł gross in the entire period of the contract's validity (i.e. until 15.12.2027), and the time for the delivery of the individual supplies of the ordered products is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers. 6. The Contractor selected in the course of the public procurement procedure is obliged to carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 7. In accordance with Article 61(1) of the Pzp Act, in this public procurement procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors will take place using electronic communication means, i.e. through the procurement platform at: https://kgsg.ezamawiajacy.pl
