The Stadtwerke Bamberg Wärme- und Energieerzeugungs GmbH plans to expand the district heating supply in the southern urban area of Bamberg. The focus is on the construction of a new energy centre, the connection of the existing heat networks to this, and the gradual merging of previously separate heat networks. The aim of the project is the gradual transformation of the existing heat supply into a climate-friendly, largely decarbonised system using renewable energies and previously untapped environmental heat potentials. The project is part of the transformation within the framework of the Federal Funding for Efficient Heat Networks (BEW). The subject of the planning services are the phases 2 to 8 with Special Services of the service images for Building Design and Interior Design, Civil Engineering Works, Open Spaces, as well as the Specialist Planning for Technical Equipment and Structural Design according to HOAI for the construction of the energy centre and associated ancillary facilities and infrastructures.
