France – Computer facilities management services – Marché d'infogérance et de coordination multi-fournisseurs pour l'exploitation du CDG Express

This contract concerns the implementation and operation of an outsourcing system covering the entire information system of Hello Paris Services (HPS), operator of the CDG Express (direct rail link between Paris Gare de l'Est and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport). The contractor acts as the main supplier and coordinator of the supplier ecosystem (SIAM Lead Supplier model) for a scope including the Digital Workplace environment (Microsoft 365, Azure), critical industrial systems (ticketing, passenger information, transport offer design), supervision, operational security, and proximity support including first-level interventions on equipment at the station. The contract includes a component of on-demand expertise services and options (on-call duty, SOC, OIV compliance). The contract duration is 3 years firm with 2 possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum of 5 years.
