Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Nicht-offener, einphasiger freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb für die Neugestaltung der Fußgängerzone und Uferbereiche der "Traveinsel" in Bad Oldesloe

The competition is being launched as a non-open, single-phase design competition. The competition is governed by the RPW 2013 regulations. The following planning services are being commissioned: services of LP 1-5 according to §§ 38-40 HOAI. The commissioning of further phases is possible but cannot be guaranteed. The commissioning will be carried out in stages, which will be determined by the contracting authority. In the event of further commissioning, services already provided through the competition will not be remunerated again up to the amount of the awarded price, provided that the competition design, in its essential parts, is used unchanged as the basis for further processing.
