The project Refresh Domains concerns the replacement of ceilings and lighting and the restoration of fire-resistant penetrations within various domains of the municipal office building. The works are necessary due to the current technical condition of the facilities. The existing ceiling is damaged in many places, partly unstable, and in some places even unsafe. In addition, a recent inventory has shown that a significant number of fire-resistant penetrations no longer meet the current fire safety requirements. These will be restored within this project, so that the legal requirements and the municipal safety policy are met. The municipality has recently established a new workplace concept. As part of this, not only the ceilings and lighting are replaced within this contract, but also the necessary structural provisions and adjustments to installations are included. € 6,000,000
