Public European tender for catering and banqueting services for the municipality of Groningen. We will conclude a contract with one undertaking. The contract will commence on 1 February 2027 and has an initial duration of five years. After this, the contract can be extended for a maximum of three times, each time for one year, resulting in a total duration, including extensions, of up to eight years. The estimated value of the contract is € 9.750.000, excluding VAT, over the full duration, including extension options. Of this, a maximum annual amount of € 580.000, excluding VAT, is allocated for the fixed service provision. The maximum contract value is € 10.750.000, excluding VAT.
