France – Photographic and ancillary services – Prestations audiovisuelles communication chantier

This consultation concerns audiovisual services for the site communication of Line C of the Toulouse metro and the Line B Connection. The main services expected for this contract are detailed below, in a non-exhaustive manner: -Videos / on-site filming of ongoing works, -Video reports and photographic coverage on site of ongoing works, -Video reports on site of ongoing works, events and demonstrations related to the sites, -Presentation videos of the sites, -Animated videos, -Live captures and broadcasts on a dedicated platform of events and demonstrations related to the life of the sites. -Advice and strategy The contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with order forms, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount. Maximum amount of the framework agreement for the initial period of 24 months: 400 000 euro(s) excl. VAT The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of notification to the Contractor. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months.
