Czechia – Roof repair – NPÚ, SH Křivoklát – I. etapa obnovy střech, oprav fasád a schodišť

The subject of the public contract is the execution of a comprehensive repair of the roofs and roofing membranes of individual buildings of the castle, which are currently in poor technical condition. The existing, non-compliant roof covering will be dismantled. At the same time, there will be a dismantling of sheet metal elements, in particular the sheeting of chimneys, covering sheets in contact with adjacent structures, gutters, downpipes and hoppers. Elements that are found to be compliant will be reused after inspection. Along with the roof repair, scaffolding will be used, even in difficult-to-access terrain, to repair aged renderings on facades and to renovate staircases with non-functional hydro insulation. The contracting authority does not accept tender variants.
