The Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county invites tenders for mobility aids. The tender covers the following procurement groups: 1. Walking sticks (12030301) 2. Adult elbow crutches (120306) 3. Mobility scooters, level 1: Supportive basic scooters for indoor and outdoor use (12060603) 4. Mobility scooters, level 2: Basic scooters for indoor and outdoor use (12060603) 5. Cross-braced basic wheelchairs (12220301) 6. Cross-braced active wheelchairs (12220301) 7. Lowered wheelchair, so-called push wheelchair (12220301) The section "Criteria for the subject of the procurement" of the tender specifies in more detail the mobility aids that are the subject of the procurement, the requirements set for them and the estimated annual consumption. The reported consumption figures are not binding on the purchaser, the products will be procured in accordance with the needs. The supplier may not offer the same product in different procurement groups (e.g. basic wheelchair and active wheelchair), but the supplier must choose from its range for each procurement group a product that is suitable in terms of quality and functional properties. The contract period is two (2) years. In addition, the Purchaser has the possibility to extend the contract for an indefinite period on the current opt-out period. A separate decision will be made on the opt-out period. The expected start of the contract period is 1.1.2027.
