France – Graffiti removal services – PRESTATION DE PROTECTION ET D’ENLEVEMENT DES GRAFFITIS, TAGS, AFFICHES ET MOSAÏQUES

The Public Establishment of the Louvre Museum (EPML) is undertaking an action to remove unauthorized posters, tags, graffiti and mosaics affixed to the facades and other exposed surfaces located within its administrative area. The present contract falls within this framework and concerns the following outdoor spaces: • The entire Public Establishment of the Louvre Museum (EPML – buildings, courtyards and gardens), • The Eugène DELACROIX Museum. The objective assigned to the contractor is to maintain the surfaces in a state compliant with the requirements defined by the Architectural Heritage Conservation. Achieving this objective constitutes a results-based obligation. Any drawing, inscription or signature made on a surface using staining agents of any kind, regardless of the method of application, is considered a graffiti/tag. Any poster, flyer or sticker placed by persons external to the EPML or without EPML authorization is considered unauthorized posting. Any low-thickness element, regardless of its material (terracotta, mirror, plastic, etc.), glued to a surface by persons external to the EPML or without EPML authorization is considered a mosaic. All the expected services, their scope, the spaces concerned and the expected results are detailed in the Particular Technical Clauses Document (CCTP).
