The subject of the contract is the construction of a large multi-purpose gymnasium with a seating area for 100 to 150 spectators, which will be connected to the school by a connecting corridor. The construction will include the building of an outdoor parking lot. Related supplies will be sound equipment, a timer with a score indicator, suitable lighting, acoustic solutions for reverberation, and reflectivity. The subject of the contract is also the preparation of the basis for the management of DTM in accordance with § 5 of Decree No. 393/2020 Sb. As part of the subject of the contract, the method of creating an open structured database of information on the building, Building Information Modeling (hereinafter referred to as “BIM”) will be used in accordance with the annex to the contract “Requirements for digitalisation and BIM”, in particular the processing of the digital model of the building (DIMS) at the stage of Documentation of the actual implementation of the construction, the use of the Common Data Environment (hereinafter referred to as “CDE”) and the processing of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP). The subject of the contract is to ensure a legally binding acceptance decision, or a change to the building before completion.
