Luxembourg – Construction work – AUSFÜHRUNG EINES "CENTRE D’ACCUEIL JOUR ET NUIT POUR JEUNES (CA)" (I) UND EINES "CENTRE SOCIO-THERAPEUTIQUE (CST)" (II) IN HOSINGEN

The Municipality of Parc Hosingen intends to implement the following projects in Hosingen:

CA (Part I) The planned construction project with outdoor facilities includes the new construction of a modern social facility, divided into two independent buildings, for two residential groups of 8 young people each. The buildings are to consist of two floors (ground floor, 1st floor) plus partial basement and are to be constructed in solid (planning basis) or timber construction. CST (Part II) The planned construction project includes the new construction of a modern socio-therapeutic centre with outdoor facilities. The two-storey building is used for the care and promotion of children aged between 6 and 12 years. The facility provides both indoor and outdoor areas for educational, creative and therapeutic purposes. The building is to be constructed in solid (planning basis) or timber construction and extends over two main floors, an underground garage and an attic. This tender includes the execution planning and the execution of the turnkey buildings incl. outdoor facilities according to the specifications of the contracting authority.
