The municipality of Allmersbach im Tal plans the extension, renovation and refurbishment of the former rectory at Schorndorfer Straße 23, 71573 Allmersbach im Tal, with the aim of realising a two- to three-group childcare facility with a net floor area of approx. 480 m² (two-group childcare facility) or with a net floor area of approx. 573 m² (three-group childcare facility). The plot comprises an area of around 1,509 m². A two-storey extension is planned for the accommodation of group rooms, ancillary rooms, cloakrooms, storage and sanitary areas for adults and children, as well as a multi-purpose or functional room with storage or ancillary room. The extension is planned on the eastern facade of the existing former rectory, taking into account the monument protection requirements. The existing former and listed rectory is to be renovated and converted for use as a childcare facility on the ground floor for the administrative and ancillary rooms of the day-care centre. The existing residential use in the first floor and attic of the existing building is to be retained. The possible third group can possibly be realised in the first floor of the existing building taking into account the monument protection requirements instead of the flat. However, feasibility (accessibility, fire protection, statics, etc.) has not yet been checked. The basis for the planning is a developed space programme, on the basis of which a feasibility study has been created. The exact description of the planning and construction task can be found in Chapter 4 of the award documents VU 1. Roughly estimated gross production costs for KGR 300+400 = 2,300,000,- € (basis is the two-group day-care centre). Differentiated in: Renovation and conversion of existing building = approx. 700,000,- € gross production costs and: Extension/extension new building = approx. 1,600,000,- € gross production costs.
