Procurement of “TRUCK Tractors and SEMI-TRAILERS” (3 lots), in accordance with the terms of reference. The number of days until which potential tenderers can request clarifications regarding the award documents, before the deadline for submission of the tender, is 8. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification 4 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline set above. Open tender with shortened time limit. Justification: We consider that the procurement is urgent, given the following: - since February of this year, in Focșani, 2 transformation posts have been procured, which can only be moved with the truck tractors we wish to procure; - by no later than 31 November of this year, a special multifunctional equipment will be delivered to Brașov, which can only be moved with a truck tractor that we wish to procure; - the need to transport a large quantity of meters to the single warehouse in Sibiu; - the more rapid intervention in the replacement of poles in distribution networks during the period with possible bad weather, from the 2026-2027 cold season.
