Periodic deliveries of food products for the needs of kindergartens and social services, provided on the territory of the municipality of Samuil, by separate positions OP №1 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Bread and bakery products"; OP №2 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Meat, meat products and fish"; OP №3 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Milk, dairy products and others"; OP №4 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Fresh fruits and vegetables"; OP №5 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Canned products"; OP №6 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Sugar products"; OP №7 "Periodic deliveries of ,,Spices, seasonings and others"; OP №8 deliveries of meat and meat food products and fish, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007"; OP №9 delivery of sugar, sugar and chocolate products, honey; produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007"; OP №10 deliveries of milk and dairy food products, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №11 delivery of oils and fats, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №12 delivery of cereal- based foods and cereal-based food products, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №13 delivery of spices, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №14 delivery of vegetables - raw, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable juices, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №15 delivery of fruits - fresh, frozen, dried, canned, in the form of nectars and fruit juices, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; OP №16 delivery of jams, marmalades, jellies and compotes produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007. In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority has the right to award separate positions in the order, valid for the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate position does not exceed 79 998.77 euros (156 464 BGN) for deliveries and the total value of the separate positions awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the remaining value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the entire order. Since the estimated value of each of the separate positions OP №10, OP №11, OP №12, OP №13, OP №14, OP №15 and OP №16 is below 25 564.59 euros/50 000/ fifty thousand/ BGN without VAT, the same fall within the scope of Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the PPA. In view of the above and on the basis of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, the separate positions OP №10, OP №11, OP №12, OP №13, OP №14, OP №15 and OP №16 will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the PPA – by direct award. The total estimated value of the above-mentioned separate positions is 25 069.28 euros without VAT and their total value is 2.10 % of the value of the order and the remaining value of the order amounts to 1 165 896 euros without VAT.
