Switzerland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Entsorgungspark Adliswil; Baumeisterarbeiten 2. Teil

In Adliswil, at Tüfistrasse 8, a new waste management park is being created for the municipal operations of the City of Adliswil. In early 2026, construction work began with the civil engineering works of the 1st construction phase. During this phase, the site areas for the new building location were prepared. After these works, the site was made ready for TU to start with the building construction contract (interface top of lean concrete base). The current tender for the civil engineering works of the 2nd construction phase includes the construction, road/ civil/ utility works for forecourts, access roads, external facilities, surroundings, as well as the supply and disposal for the final operating state of the waste management park. The civil engineering works of the 2nd construction phase directly adjoin the buildings of TU (the interface is the outer edge of the concrete structures of TU, all around the collection and PET buildings). They describe the following services in summary:

· Road construction works for the forecourts around the TU buildings with road connection to Tüfistrasse. The works include the removal of existing artificial fill, the creation of subgrades, foundation layers, edgings up to and including the installation of asphalt pavements.

· Excavation and soil replacement, reinforced foundation layers with geogrids due to poor load-bearing capacity of the subsoil. Asphalt pavements, parking spaces with grass grid pavers.

· Creation of drainage lines, namely supplementation and completion of the foul sewer system as well as creation of the roof and road drainage system including a retention system and a connecting channel.

· Road and civil engineering works for the water supply (pipe laying works by Energie360°), including the creation of cable duct systems for electricity (EKZ) and telecom.

· Heavy-duty monobloc channel along the TU collection building.

· Retaining wall with prefabricated angle plates.

· Reinforced in-situ concrete foundations in exposed finish with cable duct inserts for the site's sliding gate system and for the barrier system as well as "concrete boxes" as in-situ concrete structures with site-supplied steel inserts, drainage connection etc. for the site installation of scales at the collection points.
